Daniela Kolarova – Partners Bulgaria Foundation
Daniela is the founder and Director of Partners Bulgaria Foundation since 1998. She has an MS in Psychology and PhD in Sociology. Between 1990 and 2008 she was a lecturer in Social Psychology at Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski”. She is certified mediator and trainer in mediation from the National Conflict Resolution Center, San Diego, California (2003). From 2006 to 2014 Dr. Kolarova served as president and director of Partners for Democratic Change International network headquarters in Brussels. Between 2000 and 2010 she represented Bulgaria in the Council of Europe’s Education in Democratic Citizenship and Human Rights Education (EDC/HRE) program.
Lillian Hjorth – Human Rights Academy, Norway
Lillian is a state scholar with twenty years of experience in human rights education, multicultural understanding and conflict management for various target groups in the Western Balkans, in Bulgaria, Russia, Belarus, USA, Burundi, India and Norway. Prior to becoming head of the Human Rights Academy, she worked for ten years in the Norwegian Helsinki Committee as well as three years in the Ministry of Local Government and Labour. She is teacher in Bjørknes International College and has published several books on Human Rights. She has been a board member of the European DARE network (Democracy and Human Rights Education in Europe), which consists of 48 organisations working on human rights education in 22 European countries.
Eugenia Khoroltseva – Human Rights Academy, Norway
Eugenia has a master's degree in International & Comparative Education (2006) and a bachelor's degree in Sociology (2004) from the University of Oslo. Her master's thesis addresses human rights education in modern Russia. Eugenia has worked for NOAS providing guidance for newly arrived asylum seekers and has been involved on behalf of the Norwegian Helsinki Committee and Amnesty International Norway. She is originally from Kalmykia in the Russian Federation and has been active in human rights work for many years.
Aneta Kalcheva – Partners Bulgaria Foundation
Aneta majored in Psychology at Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski”. She has a master’s degree in Artistic Psycho-Social Practices and Psychodrama and master’s degree in Developmental Psychology from New Bulgarian University. She has been working as a psychologist since 2006, and since 2011 she has been actively working with children, using different therapeutic modalities – psychodrama, gestalt therapy and more. Aneta has experience as a trainer and group facilitator in creating, organising and conducting social psychological trainings and as a leader in groups and trainings with children and adults.
